1. Revisions and Cancellations
Any request for changes must be made in writing. Once booking is confirmed by cut-off date, all tour and accommodations is strictly non-refundable, no cancellation/amendment (45 days prior to trip arrival date). Name change and Go shows is strictly not allowed in-destination.
2. Payment Terms
Full Payment should be made within 45 days upon invoice submitted but no later than 30 days prior to group arrival.
3. Validity and Price Guarantee
All prices are based on currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of printing. All tours and itineraries are based on airlines/hotel/tour policies, schedules and operational conditions at the time of printing. Availability of prices stated during enquiry is limited and at the time of purchase prices may be higher. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation or unforeseen circumstances. In the case of human or computer error OMT Group reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
Transport services will not be applicable unless stated in the itinerary.
If applicable, flight details must be provided 02 weeks prior to arrival (Please note that there will be no guarantee for missing / incomplete flight details). Airport transfer is only for the listed Airport stated on the itinerary on Arrival and Departure only.
5. Travellers Needing Special Assistance
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to OMT Group at the time the reservation is made. OMT Group will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour members, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants or other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off coaches/minivan and other transportation vehicles or their personal needs. Travellers who need such assistance, must be accompanied by a qualified companion who will be responsible.
Luggage is carried at owner’s risk. OMT Group shall not be held liable for any damages or loss of travellers’ belongings, hence insurance is highly recommended
7. Itinerary Variations
Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to security determined or unforeseen conditions beyond our control (i.e Weather conditions). We reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute hotels. Occasional restorations may cause exhibits to close. During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, theatres, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited. In such instances, and wherever possible, slight itinerary adjustments are made to minimize inconvenience to passengers.
8. Passport, Visas, Health Requirements
All citizens travelling overseas require a valid passport, valid for a minimum of six months from the date of departure. In addition, some countries may require a visa. All passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visa and other travel documents. Some countries may also require certain inoculations for entry. Please check with your physician or local health department.
9. Not included
Air ticket, passport and visa fees, laundry, telephone calls, in-room minibar, room services, meals not specified in the itinerary, tips to tour guides, excess baggage or any item/service other than those specifically mentioned in “Tour Includes” of each itinerary and all other items of a personal nature.
OMT Group, hereafter called the “tour operator” and/or their representatives act only as agents for the various companies, owners or contractors, providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other services. The responsibility of the tour operator and/or their representatives is limited. The tour operator and/or their representatives will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. The tour operators and/or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delays, changes or any other reason. The tour operators and/or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The operators cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotels owner or his employees. The tour operators reserve the rights to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reasons. The airline tickets shall when issued, constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The tour operator is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, when passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any payment will represent an acceptation of the above mentioned conditions.
